When it comes to human existence, no matter what religion or faith you are, all of them talk about spirituality, as the ultimate answer to all the problems.

Human beings supposedly live 100 years. We sleep almost 50 years. First 12 years as a child, goes very quickly with out much understanding and then last 12 years you can not do much, as you get older. What's left is 25 years and we have to factor time for sickness, hoarding wealth, and your time for parents and family. When do we have time for spirituality in our busy and useless, so called material existence.

Wake up.....

As per the scriptures (Bhagavadgita and Upanishads), the self realization is the answer for all the problems. This is the ultimate goal.
